About PKC Pimps
You are probably wondering how the HELL I came up with such an amazing name for a PKC site. WELL I WILL TELL YOU HOW.
Back in 2007, I was buddies with a PKCer named Haruka, whom I had met on another forum. She talked me into joining and I started perusing a bunch of breedfiles that I thought I liked, narrowing it down to the Clumber Spaniel, Lapponian Herder and the Portguese Water Dog. I added the Sussex Spaniel, Field Spaniel, and Corgis later, since OH MY GOD, they were cute and that is totally how my mindset still works today. The Plotts came from Haruka, including a puppy from her BIS winning boy Backwater, and really... you just can't say no to a cute little Plott puppy, haha. A few months after I joined, we decided to create a joint Teddy Roosevelt Terrier kennel using the Nimh file - I still love my OB dogs and the fact that this file is Petzy was very much full of win at the time.
After showing for about a year, I had to drop out due to massive problems with my depression and personal life, and I ended up leaving the PKC for another year. During that time, I really stopped showing most of my PKC petz and ended up doing a massive MPA when I gave away most of my extra team to buddies of mine that still were in the PKC or just on other Petz forums. My PKC kennel pretty much died, and I ended up showing my PFM mixies for the most part during that time.
I slowly came back to the PKC when Shrimpxx [Georgie @ Writtle] told me to get off my lazy ass and start showing again, haha. In December of 2009, after dealing with much stupid drama, people and situations in real life, I got back into the PKC and rediscovered why I had so much fun in it before. Since then, I've added a few more gundog and terrier breeds and knowing me... I'll probably add even more, since just I can't say no to pixels.
Or my friends that would lynch me if I ever quit :D
