Clumber Spaniel Breed Premier Info

Welcome to the Clumber Spaniel Breed Premier Task Sheet! Are you ready from some drooly doggy goodness?

For a premier, you need to submit a pose along with a BST - a breed specific task. This task is reminiscent of the real-life counterpart of your Petzy friend and how they work and live with their owners. You must merge both pictures together as one image for it to be judged!

Breed Specific Tasks

Obedience Sit/Down
Like any dog, a Clumber needs to be obedient to its owner and what better way then a sit or down? Simply use a treat for a down trick and have the dog either sit or lie down. The dog should look happy or calm; angry/worried expressions will be faulted.

Grooming
Look at all that hair! Clumbers have a long full coat that needs a lot of attention, so show you're a good owner by taking a picture of your dog enjoying a good brushing. The happier the dog, the better!

Play
Clumbers are family dogs and are just as happy chasing a ball as they are birds on the hunt. Show off your dog's playful side with any picture of it playing - you may use any approved toy, hexed or original. This is a very open ended task, so get creative! Angry expressions will be faulted.

Retrieve
A Clumber will often bring the hunter's prey back to him after tracking it down. Your Clumber should be walking/running toward you with a toy in its mouth - you are free to use the hexed Pheasant or Duck toys for this task. Just remember, your dog is primarily white - the bone won't always show up in a retrieve!

Tracking
A Clumber hunts with his nose - he will slog through brush and bramble with fierce determination to find that pesky bird. Show off your dog's talent with this task! To achieve it, simply switch between playscenes and the dog will eventually start to walk and sniff. They may also do this after you bring them out of the dog door.
